This MSI’s Avalon Matte Porcelain Tile is the best section for ease of installation and offers a lovely look in a stunning white that delivers class and graceful style in durable porcelain. This on-trend tile complements nearly any color scheme and decor and it has a Matte finish for added elegance. Use it as flooring, backsplash, shower surround or for accent walls in residential or commercial settings to create a warm and inviting ambiance. Mechanically finished on all sides to achieve uniformity. Its precise sizing allows for a thinner grout joint, which results in a clean, professional install and reduces staining issues.

- Glazed smooth matte finish with a low sheen and slight variation in tone.
- P.E.I. Rating I is suitable for light-duty residential floors, most areas of the home, except kitchens and entrances, where occasional dirt may be present (soft-sole shoes or normal footwear only).
- Impervious tile has water absorption of less than 0.5% for indoor or some outdoor use.
- C.O.F. greater than 0.50 is recommended for standard residential and commercial applications and is marginally skid resistant.
